quite new room....and the location was good.

This hotel was not ready to serve the hotel room at all. Still reparing in reception area which was used as breakfast room. Well, the question is if they consider health of customer. The room was not ready yet for guest. It was cleaned but not tidied at all. We had to tidy our room by ourselves. Unprofessinal receptionist. We complained about the room but they did not do anything. One lamp in bathroom did not work and they put a shampoo in bathroom, which was already used by other customer. The hotel entrance was already full of dust because of repairing. THe cleaning lady cleaned our room for other guest before our check-out. And they alreydy charged our hotel fee with our check-in. How atrange it was.
